NEW Wellness Series: Embrace Your Health!

These two-hour workshops will offer practical lifestyle interventions for maintaining health and wellness. Participants will sample tasty food items and receive a resource binder with recipes, meal and snack ideas, dining out resources, and information on supplements to reduce risk for chronic diseases.
