Workshop: Weight Management Strategies…for FOODIES!

Are you a foodie?! On March 2 and March 9, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, Dr. Robyn Osborn and dietitian Rebecca Mohning will lead a workshop on managing weight while still enjoying food. If this sounds like something you’d benefit from, read more here.

Workshop: Emotional Eating…for Men

While women often more readily recognize the degree of emotions and emotional eating, men are every bit as affected by emotional eating – but often don’t have a ready opportunity to address it. This workshop, to be held on Thursday evenings in March, is specifically targeted at the unique aspects of emotional eating in men.

Dr. Scott Kahan Nominated for RWJF Leader Award

Scott Kahan was nominated for Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s 40 Leaders Under Age 40 award. The award, which celebrates RWJF’s 40th anniversary and comes with an award of $40,000, received several hundred nominations. Read the 5-page nomination here.
